The Best Easter Bunny Breakfast ideas Kids
1 - bunny Pancakes
Pancakes are one of the easiest Easter bunny breakfast ideas and you probably already have the ingredients to make them.
how do i make bunny pancakes?
You can use cookie cutters or pancake molds to create bunny shapes for the Easter theme and decorate with whipped cream. You can also incorporate fruits like bananas and berries for the ears, nose, and eyes.
Kids can help put together their own Easter bunnies or think up their own unique Easter-themed creations.
2 - Waffles
You can create fun, Easter-themed waffles the same way you would pancakes. You can use them to make a bunny or Easter eggs and use fruit and whipped cream to decorate. To take your waffles up another notch, you can even add some food coloring to the mix. Use pastel colors to go with the theme and let your kids help stir up the batter!
3 - Eggs

One really great Easter breakfast idea to make a bunny is to fry a sunny side up egg, cook 2 pieces of bacon to use for ears, 2 blueberries for eyes and 6 individual shreds of cheddar cheese for whiskers (3 on the left and 3 on the right).
easter bunny breakfast with boiled eggs
Here’s another super easy idea that you can make in a snap! Eggs are one of the most quintessential Easter foods and they’re nutritious too. You can use a pressure cooker to cut down on the cooking time. I like this method because the shells come off super easily.
Add about 3/4 a cup of water to your pressure cooker and as many eggs as you’d like.
Cook your eggs for 5 minutes, let them naturally release for another 5 minutes, then plunge them into an ice bath for 5 minutes more. Once the eggs have cooled, roll them on a paper towel until the shell begins to crumble. Then peel away the shell. They’ll slide right off!
4 - Bunny Breakfast Grazing Platter
One breakfast idea I’ve enjoyed in the past is a spring-themed grazing platter. You can use the ideas from this post to create your grazing platter or get some inspiration from the items in the link.
I like grazing platters because they encourage communal eating. You can sit with your family and chat as you pick and choose your favorite items from the board. It’s a more informal way to enjoy a meal, and there’s always something for everyone to enjoy.
5 - Muffins or Cupcakes for easter breakfast
Cupcakes aren’t usually on our breakfast menu, but Easter is a special occasion! If you want to take a more healthy approach, you can opt for a healthy muffin and then decorate with homemade icing where you can control the sugar level.
I love the idea of adding cupcakes or muffins to a bunny breakfast because they’re the perfect canvas to get creative with the Easter theme. You can create bunny tails, carrots, egg shapes, the sky is the limit. And your kids can even help you decorate them.
You can save these sweet treats for the end of your meal to encourage your children to eat the more healthy options on their plate.
6 - Decorated Yogurt Cups
Yogurt is a great nutritional food to incorporate into your bunny breakfast. Let your kids decorate mini clear plastic cups with a marker to create a bunny face, baby chicks, Easter eggs, or whatever their imagination allows.
Then fill the cups with your favorite yogurt and enjoy!
7 - Easter Themed Cookies with Royal Icing or Powdered Sugar
I can’t help but incorporate lots of sweet treats in an Easter-themed breakfast. Shortbread cookies are another great decorating base for Easter. Use spring and Easter cookie cutters to make the shapes you like and then decorate with royal icing, powdered sugar, and whatever else you have in your baking pantry.
8 - Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are another sweet treat that’s perfect for an Easter bunny breakfast. Kids love them, and let’s be honest, so do adults! You can decorate your cinnamon buns with Easter sprinkles to jazz them up or choose a pastel-colored icing instead of the traditional white.
There’s nothing better than the smell of cinnamon rolls in the morning! They’re the perfect way to get your kids out of the bed for Easter Sunday.
9 - Easter-Style Egg in a Nest
If you’ve never made egg in a nest, it’s basically breakfast toast made in the skillet with a hole cut in the middle. Once your pan is hot, you crack an egg into the bread hole and cook until fried. For Easter, you can use a cookie cutter to make your hole in the shape of a bunny, carrot, or egg.
Once your egg cooks into the bread, you’ll have the perfect image of an Easter item in the center of your toast.
10 - Easter Bunny Breakfast Rolls
I love these cute Easter bunny breakfast rolls, and they’re so easy to make. Simply twist your bread dough to form bunny ears and a body, then add a small round piece of dough for the tail. Bake them the way you’d normally make your rolls, and serve!
You can use these fun rolls for Easter dinner, too!
Other Bunny Breakfast Ideas and Sides
Here are some non-theme ideas to fill in the gaps for your Easter Bunny breakfast.
Sausage Links
Assorted Cut Fruit
Bagels and Cream Cheese
Quiche
If you have any favorite breakfast items, add those into the mix, too! You’ll have the perfect bunny breakfast spread that everyone will love!
